What Could Have Been !
Life is a three dimensional puzzle;
one, without a specific solution;
where truth is confronted by muscle;
and war becomes the conclusion.
Separation began in a kingdom, above;
where a devil challenged his Master;
prodigals; expelled from a kingdom of love;
to experience truth much faster.
Life was created as a consciousness;
perfection; it’s ultimate goal;
confounded by evil’s godlessness;
with sin; tarnishing the soul.
Life was created to live out dreams;
upon an energy light stage;
consciousness became flowing streams;
where love and hate engage.
Man was enamored by the thrill of war;
tempted to mount God’s throne;
for all opposition; he’d even the score;
life or death; his choice, alone.
Life was to become, heaven on earth;
at least; so the prodigals thought;
power, alone, would determine worth;
contrary to what God had taught.
Earth was created to become righteousness;
evil transformed it, to a den of sin;
God wept as he watched the godlessness;
lamenting what could have been.
