Poems about Reality
Reality to imagination; there’s disparity;
what you think; compared to feel;
it’s almost like reality has polarity;
what you see; compared to what’s real.
For how in this world is reality defined;
for seeing is not really believing;
what you see; is determined by mind;
the world
We long to be in the real world;
the one that’s apparent to me;
but, what if our image was hurled;
made projection of facets to be?
What if the real world’s beyond us;
a realm of information it be;
commanded by One who loves us;

There’s very little we understand,
of the immense power we hold;
to which we can avail on demand;
but rarely find ourselves bold.
Often we’re serious for a moment or two;
believing in all that we say;
but simply our words lack power to do;
it’s our
I thought of a day, many years ago;
events were so clear on my mind;
I found myself wanting to know;
how reality is truly defined.
Thoughts were not the same as sight;
in some ways they were more clear;
I could sense sadness and feel delight;
by viewing my
Sitting at the dinning room table,
so many winters ago;
it almost seemed a fable,
as I watched the falling snow.
For it was half a century of years
since that mid winters day;
with other memories, laughter, and tears,
to wipe that memory away.
But, nevertheless, it still existed,
…An island in the midst of a limitless ocean,
is that which my soul seems to be;
separated from land by simple erosion;
while maintaining connection with me.
I’m not really land at all;
but I come from the very same dust.
For all material, both large and small,
There’s a new Wind blowing;
the evil wind’s all gone.
Away, havoc is going;
and it’s time evil moves on.
Evil laid waste all around;
his reign of terror descend;
all wickedness is drowned;
and now, his reign is at end.
Its so hard to start all
…An Energy approaches;
its almost always near;
my territory; it encroaches;
it oft embraces fear.
It brings about all Good;
yet holds a certain dread;
it brings about all that could;
and all that might be said.
An Elixer; a cure for anything;
and all that comes about;
encompasing all;
