When Life Ends
What happens when this life ends;
does consciousness disappear;
when life’s final curtain descends;
does, yet, another; draw near?
Life isn’t an eternal, physical being;
but an energy that ebbs and flows;
a consciousness; from a realm, unseen;
God’s love, assuring; that it grows.
Life came out of God’s Consciousness;
created in God’s perfect image;
as energies of love and righteousness;
servants in their Master’s lineage.
Prodigals of life; left perfection behind;
quickly falling prey to temptation;
with evil demons, they willingly aligned;
becoming children of damnation.
Though, heaven was their place of birth;
they were immediately cast out;
their thoughts created a realm called earth;
a kingdom for demons and doubt.
What happens when life comes to an end;
will we come back one more time;
or will our soul; to the Light, ascend;
into a kingdom, sublime?
Consciousness is a life, never ending;
in death; the soul ascends;
the body is illusion; the soul; transcending;
whenever this life ends.
