The Master Race

We live in a world, trapped in ethnicity;
putting our lessors, in their place;
falling in love with our own duplicity;
thinking we’re part of a master race.

We’re all a part of the Master’s lineage;
made in the image of God;
tho our consciousness has no image;
we’re still, two peas in a pod.

We’re all offshoots of God’s perfection;
there is no good, better, or best;
we’re, all of us, guilty of God’s rejection;
none; any worse than the rest.

All are brothers and sisters of disgrace;
don’t be deceived by a smile;
each has a purpose; in time and space;
every child of God is worthwhile.

For countless generations; man is at war;
while God is silently looking in;
we’ve forgotten; what we’re fighting for;
God knows the answer is sin.

Life is God’s second greatest creation;
looking down from heaven above;
his greatest gift was man’s salvation;
God’s ultimate creation is love.

We spend too much time in divisiveness;
preventing our coming together;
division only leads to our loneliness;
it takes love to live forever.
