Poems About Love
In Eden’s garden, that fateful day;
in the heavenly realm above;
the Master’s energy came into play;
birthing a power called love.
More impactful, than that of man;
for it’s the glue of all creation;
an essential part of the Master’s plan;
the power behind salvation.
Lord, I humbly pray for relief;
for I simply can no longer hide;
the depth of my unending grief;
is all of my Love, multiplied.
I’m shaken to the very core of belief;
for all life is held in your hand;
and I patiently pray for your relief;

There is a place, up in the air;
we learned to store information;
it isn’t really a place or where;
for it’s the knowledge plantation.
Knowledge, has always been there;
tho we think we’re the first to bring.
But, far more is stored in that where;
for
Live each day, as if, the last;
let love be your goodbye;
only this persona has passed;
to soul, death doesn’t apply.
We’re here to build each other;
to strengthen love’s holy bond;
to build up sister and brother;
for future journeys, beyond.

…A Seed of Life had always been there;
destined to become the Son of Man;
a garden metaphor became the where;
God commanded; and creation began.
From a thought the size of a mustard seed;
a visible universe came into being;
it was all the power the Master would need;
I want to pay tribute, while in disguise;
a poem lamenting someone dead;
but since we know that no one dies;
this one’s for the living, instead.
Sometimes we pay grateful praise;
to others when they’re dead;
but, empty words can’t spirits raise;
so tell them; when
Most people like to avoid confrontation;
they consider it not worth their trouble;
mulling thoughts, after much deliberation;
so many issues, can often befuddle.
So, we often decide to just walk away;
most of these issues will never be gone;
and as we’re leaving, we turn back to say:
A law commands you to love your neighbor;
but exactly who might that be?
One might assume he’d be one in God’s favor;
one very much like me.
But we don’t know who’s in God’s favor;
and so, the question still stands;
