Poems About Love
Innocence is the sign of perfection;
no guilt is attached to a name;
always requiring a Higher protection;
the innocent are never to blame.
The innocence of many is oft disrupted;
evil temptations come their way;
those who were innocent; now corrupted;
and innocence has all gone away.
Evil, gives
…All of us have lived, the life of a child;
devoid of wisdom or knowledge;
sometimes becoming a little bit wild;
even while attending college.
Though God gave all, what it takes;
we each walked a crooked path;
all, making our share of mistakes;
incurring the Master’s wrath.
Now,
…Many wonder what God can forgive;
surely He has His limit.
He mustn’t allow evil to live;
for there is no love, within it.
Do rapists and molesters exceed his limit;
how could He possibly forgive?
Evil snuffs out lives; before they begin it:
will He allow killer doctors
I feel like I’ve lost the rose of my life,
but that isn’t really so.
For she reached full bloom in the garden,
and so it was time to go.
She endured many seasons of storms,
was windblown and pelted with rain.
But she graciously rose above it
He was speaking to all His creation;
in ways that none understood;
energizing a wondrous manifestation;
with a power, only He could.
He walks with me; and talks with me;
tho I’m totally unaware He’s around;
He wants me to be, the best I can be;
uttering words
A thought is the trigger for all we do;
the blueprint, the drawing, the plan;
it’s the very essence of all you imbue;
and it’s how the universe began.
A thought is the prelude to all activity;
everything’s considered and planned.
A thought considered all our nativity;
Life has dealt me a terrible blow;
my lifelong companion is dead;
now I’m left with no place to go;
it should have been my life, instead.
Will I ever be loved again;
and feel that warm embrace;
experience a new romance; begin;
and caress a feminine face?
Grief
…In eternity past, as a seed I was planted;
only a mere thought, the Master found.
His honor and all glory, I was granted;
this mere seed; grown in the ground.
I’ve since forgotten that place of my birth;
which was always meant my true home;
