A Separation Called Loneliness
Love is all about a coming together;
halves, becoming a whole;
separations, cannot last forever;
love is marriage of the soul.
Separation is necessary, for learning;
it never happens without reason;
loneliness, brings passions burning;
temptation has its own season.
Many turn away, from destiny’s mate;
for they are too blind to see;
sometimes, conflating love with hate;
love’s choice is meant to be.
Some regard loneliness as being alone;
missing a midnight kiss;
loneliness is a deep longing for home;
and, love’s eternal bliss.
Often we find ourselves falling in love;
listening to temptation’s voice;
avoiding a destiny; set forth, above;
ignoring the Father’s choice.
Falling in love; is like falling off a horse;
there’s rarely a happy landing;
unrequited loves; usually end in divorce;
and a most unhappy ending.
