He’s very like a spider in his web;
surveying the world he’s woven;
considering all that’s done and said;
this day’s just another mere token.
Any enemies approaching his web,
are foolish to enter within it.
A spider’s web; a place for the dead;
and only a fool comes in it.
Conversant and friendly to his prey;
regarding each one as his fly;
encouraging all to come his way;
in the end, he knows, all die.
This deadly spider has been all things;
he has lived in this kingdom, before;
bringing the energy the serpent brings;
the spider is one of Lucifer’s encores.
Still seeking power and a worldly throne;
his web of deceit entrances the fools;
especially those who are lost and alone;
for he shares with them alternate rules.
Once ensnared, by the serpent of old;
most victims, become servants, devout;
tho entering warm, they soon grow cold;
for once, within it; they never get out.
A spider weaves webs in many diverse places;
often placing them near the light;
lifetimes of love and honor, he erases;
as ones seeking day, are trapped in his Night.
