Wisdom Of Fools

Seeking knowledge is an admirable trait;
informatiion and wisdom are connected;
but, many who seek; have taken the bait;
with evil, by the powerful; protected.

It’s a curious route; evil manages to take;
especially for those following rules;
it wasn’t a vile crime; simply a mistake;
an answer, accepted by fools.

This world around us is full of thought;
surely the truth is somewhere;
by the rich and powerful; many are bought;
and the rest, simply don’t care.

Earth is a kingdom, swimming in lies;
false kings on their throne; liars;
professing to care; wolves in disguise;
they’re sellers; we are the buyers.

Pure logic and intellect have long been forgotton;
wasted on cell phones, and crossword puzzles;
we, who are the children of the Master begotton;
have been fitted with blinders and muzzles.

When will those, with wisdom; finally wise up;
truth has been supplanted by evil’s rules;
we weren’t meant to drink from Satin’s cup;
earth has become the planet of fools.

What good is it; merely having eyes to see;
if we allow ourselves to be Evil’s tools;
our silence is acceptance; to what is to be;
as we display the wisdom of fools.
