Wardrobe Of Pride

Clothes make the man; or so it’s said;
nice clothes make us feel good inside;
most are even dressed up; when dead;
wearing their wardrobe of pride.

Powerful clothes, make us feel good;
make us stand out; above others;
a wardrobe of pride is misunderstood;
we accept all, below us; as brothers.

The fabric of our wardrobe is energy;
embodying what we imbue;
telling all others; you’re beneath me;
till, finally, we believe it’s true.

Pride is presumed to be of high bearing;
known as a cut above the rest;
demonstrated by what pride is wearing;
claiming the title of best.

Pride is apparel for either woman or man;
tho inappropriate; worn out of season;
dressing for success, is always the plan;
a superb choice; whatever the reason.

Pride only comes in sizes; large and above;
it’s only created for large egos;
pride is unlikely to show others, love;
he lives within his own ethos.

Pride is in season in Summer, and Spring;
tho, not worn in Winter; at all;
Winter is the season for most everything;
pride is never worn after Fall.
