To Question God

When life is wonderful; and all is well;
many graciously give God credit;
but, when that success, turns into hell;
those same people, regret it.

God is, to some, like a good luck charm;
who only deserves credit for the good;
by sending angels to keep us from harm;
God’s mercy is often misunderstood.

When bad things happen to the faithful;
we speculate on what had gone wrong;
many, lacking faith, become hateful;
thinking they no longer belong.

If I were God; what would I have done;
is the way; that most people think;
acting as though; they think they’re a son;
and they; and God are totally in sync.

God is the Master; alone and above;
he doesn’t need our suggestion;
He, alone, created wisdom and love;
God is beyond all question.

No mere man understands destiny;
for such is the will of the Father;
only God knows what’s best for me.
It’s futile to question; why bother?

God is the creator; we’re the created;
doesn’t it seem rather odd;
man will never become self-elevated;
it takes a fool; to question God
