Threshold Of Reality
Threshold Of Reality
I feel on the outside; my mind looking in;
a physical illusion has lost all appeal;
where did this threshold of reality, begin;
consciousness, itself, is surreal.
We believe the womb is the threshold of life;
and the grave is the tomb for death;
perhaps the threshold of reunion is strife;
and reality provides no last breath.
How can there be a threshold of reality;
if a form of reality has always been;
only if consciousness is a form of duality;
could life become, both outside and in.
Threshold is only a quaint manner of speaking;
like a doorway; possessing no door;
for those of us; who are reality, seeking;
it is much like thought’s second floor.
It appears to our mind that thought is eternal;
consciousness has no beginning or end;
if thought were to write his very own journal;
on the book of life’s pages; ink would descend.
Consciousness exists, without legs to walk;
for such is only thought, alone;
consciousness, also, has no way to talk;
telepathy is his phone.
Within the mind, is the threshold to reality;
uncovered; in the essence of time;
revealing to the faithful; life is a duality;
earth is illusion; and heaven, divine.
