The Paradox Called Me

The Paradox Called Me

Who am I; and to where do I go;
what was I created to be?
I’m seeking answers; I need know;
who is the paradox called me?

I am a conglomerate energy source;
consciousness; with a twist;
marriage is followed by a divorce;
I’m meek, and will never insist.

My mind has a myriad of choices;
my thoughts, have two left feet;
my language is devoid of voices;
my victories turn into defeat.

I am the wind; and also the waves;
for I answer to the Father’s will;
I am the prodigal the Master saves;
my whisper is a voice so shrill.

I seek wisdom, in stories and song;
conflicts make me tremble;
when contested; I just go along;
a coward, I often resemble.

I am merely a child; formed of the dust;
seeking to rise to become king;
I’m a wayward traveler; none dare trust;
for I am capable of most anything.

I am a conquerer, liar, lover, and fool;
the composite of all that’s to be;
and yet; I’m also the Master’s jewel;
I am the paradox called me.
