The Negatives Of Life

The picture of a family is not the truth;
it’s merely an image on paper;
in order to determine reality’s proof;
burning, its ash turns to vapor.

That picture was only reality’s illusion;
the original negative gave it life;
the wise can only draw one conclusion;
a picture is an illusion from light.

We are but an illusion created by light;
our shadows creating a picture
developed in a darkroom of endless night;
the illusion becomes a fixture.

The negative of life is contained in thought;
for thought is life’s only reality;
from it; all of life’s illusions were wrought;
in truth; life is a duality.

We exist in two places at the same time;
in thoughts; were all of us born;
heaven and earth are consciousness sublime;
earth is the rose’s thorn.

Most remain focused on only the illusions;
its original negative, long forgotten;
but illusions often draw false conclusions;
the original is the Master’s begotten.

The negative and illusion are both the same;
tho, one is the truth; the other, lies;
life’s picture bears the Master’s name;
it’s only the illusion that dies.
