The Naked Soul
For life on earth; we’re given a body;
disguise was it’s primary role;
bearing an image of a physical oddity;
in order to hide a naked soul.
The soul hasn’t any need of feet;
it travels about, in the mind;
it’s also where two lovers meet;
with their bodies left behind.
No soul was given any eyes or ears;
none need to hear or see;
souls are oblivious to all life’s fears;
each one; a child of reality.
A soul doesn’t have fingers, or a hand;
it manipulates all things by thought;
everything moves at God’s command;
love is the energy God wrought.
The soul is created, a universal energy;
sculpted out of consciousness;
God’s foundation for all of reality;
founded in righteousness.
The soul cannot be seen; nor heard;
it dwells in a heavenly duality;
consciousness came, from out of a word;
words, themselves are reality.
On earth, we focus on physicality;
death plays a pivotal role;
life and death are stages of reality;
not so, for the naked soul.
