The Master’s Love

Most of us puzzle over the meaning of life;
some think it’s about music and laughter;
others think it’s finding a husband or wife;
and living happily ever after.

But what do we do, when the music’s over;
when our physical bodies go downhill?
Life isn’t meant to be all crimson and clover;
with all problems resolved with a pill.

Life isn’t at all, what we think it to be;
very few understand its true reasons;
it’s about you being you; and me being me;
many lives evole within seasons.

If we all only lived once; as many believe;
life wouldn’t make any sense at all;
some would be happy; while others grieve;
some, be midgets; others too tall.

Many of us feel sadness over life’s disparity;
some always happy; while others, depressed;
perhaps we should consider it with clarity;
all lives were fashioned individually as tests.

But, life’s never about winning or losing;
this life is just one; there’ll be others;
we become who we are, simply by choosing;
will we live life as strangers; or brothers.

Life really is about living happily ever after;
we all descended from the heavens above;
lifetimes, experiencing sorrows and laughter;
we will return as the Master’s love.
