The Fools Of Despair
The Fools Of Despair
Sometimes this life is most difficult;
hardships, and tragedies; everywhere;
only be concerned of the final result;
or become, the fool of despair.
We think we are a completed being;
God’s perfect masterpiece; finished;
we’re paint; dripping and fleeing.
A Masterpiece, diminished.
We’re dabs of oil on the canvas of life;
characters on the pages of God’s book;
purposed to endure a kingdom of strife;
that our life’s journey, not be forsook.
Many are the fools in the book of life;
refusing to drink from the Master’s cup;
daunted, and fearful of unending strife;
causing multitudes to finally give up.
Prodigals of life are the fools of despair;
by their rebellion, they are diminished;
embracing their fears, that life isn’t fair;
they choose death; before life is finished.
Death is never the true ending of life;
for the love of God never ends;
fools must re-enter the portal of strife;
and life, once again begins.
The journey is a long and arduous task;
tho, we’re equipped by the Master;
yet, only the faithful, will be able to last;
the fools in despair, court disaster.
