The Death Of Nobility
Where is the world I used to know;
is it in the dustbin of history;
what happened to it; where did it go;
what turned truth into mystery?
What caused evil to shed his disguise;
stripping us of all tranquility;
why is truth hidden; amongst the lies;
what has happened to nobility?
What turned mankind away from God;
no longer believing He exists?
Faith in nothing would seem rather odd;
but, such thinking now persists.
What caused this kingdom to be led astray;
causing a riff between God and man;
the serpent took charge; and plans to stay;
declaring himself, the new I Am.
We live in a world of growing insanity;
few even care about truth;
a world devoid of all love and humanity;
look around; and visit the proof.
The masters of earth still remain aloof;
their immense power; built upon lies;
assuring that man won’t learn the truth;
their leaders are demons, in disguise.
They sought to limit speech and thought;
claiming, lies bring peace and stability;
censorship limited what was then taught;
sanctioning the ultimate death of nobility.
