Telling Earth Goodbye

A picture may be worth a thousand words;
tho words will never fade away;
pictures can wound like a thousand swords;
then, death brings another new day.

All pictures require the illusion of light;
while thoughts often reveal nothing;
all pictures die in the darkness of night;
sounds are words; huffing and puffing.

The mind is a crucible where all is possible;
nothing lies beyond its power;
words very often become our obstacle;
time limits their hour.

Only in light; are pictures brought to view;
especially in the light of day;
a new day makes all pictures, become new;
while night; limits their stay.

Creation begins within the mind;
consciousness makes it so;
such is how reality’s designed;
but light makes it grow.

Consciousness was created by thought;
its whole was divided into two;
the earth was the illusion light brought;
making life come into view.

The soul remained tethered to God, above;
teaching us all when to laugh and cry;
once we’ve been taught by our Master to love;
death is how we tell earth goodbye.
