Intermission

Intermission

It’s morning, now; a new dawn breaks;
time to get a fresh start;
the time to forget all past mistakes;
with love guiding the heart.

Life’s a continuous video game;
seemingly, never ending;
today and tomorrow are not the same;
a light, called time; blending.

Life is

Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence

The self described elite live in growing fear;
of what their inventions can do;
as artificial intelligence swiftly draws near;
they fear it; more than, fear you.

Intellect normally requires consciousness;
at least, so far as we know;
and yet; they fear a future circumstance;
as their computers

Simplicity Of Words

Simplicity Of Words

Words seem outrageously simple;
everyone knows who they are;
giving a mental picture of a dimple;
and, even a tractor or car.

They’re links to every form of thought;
describing the crux of reality;
teaching us all, what must be taught;
describing a face of you

The Fragile Snowflakes

The Fragile Snowflakes

a picture of what is to be;

falling from the heavens above;
freezing in the atmosphere above the treetops;
turning

Wandering Soul

It appears to have gone to a land, down under;
and, it likely won’t soon come back.

Some say my mind’s reached stagnation;
and I’m no longer able to

Class Reunion

Class Reunion

I’m preparing to go to my class reunion;
my first, in nearly sixty years;
my physical body is in revolution;
sometimes; flooded with tears.

Seems that it’s more than a lifetime ago;
my thoughts are both happy and sad;
I’ve learned so much; I needed

Flooded By Censorship

Flooded By Censorship

Slowly the Light of Truth has drowned;
our ship of state; slowly sinking;
there’s only slim hope; truth can be found;
our wise men all stopping thinking.

All freedom lovers must trim their sails;
our ship of state is in heavy seas;
we must all learn

Who Can I Blame ?

Who Can I Blame ?

I’ve lived a life; littered with mistakes;
a wrong turn, both here and there;
but I’ve come to expect destiny’s breaks;
believing that no one will care.

How can I erase errant words or deeds;
all that’s been done in my name?
