Pride is very much like a balloon;
it’s often puffed up with hot air;

Abject Poverty

We live in a world of abject poverty;
physical; and spiritual; as well;
things are not what they ought to be;
the earth is a spiritual hell.

Every day, truth becomes subverted;
honor is displaced with lies;
good and evil are totally inverted;

Graveyards

Graveyards are filled with people, I’ve known;
the landscape of life has changed;
in this season of life; my soul has grown;
from physicality; I am estranged.

Buildings erected; other buildings, torn down;
families move from home to home;
at this stage of life; I feel much like

Physician, Heal Thyself

Most are aware of the great physician;
whose ability to heal was surreal;
if only we could make the transition;
all would be enabled to heal.

Most seek healing in a prescription jar;
tho all sickness begins in the mind;
few understand how wrong they are;

Beyond Physicality

Love is the power to move mountains;
then; tumble them level to the ground;
Love created, ever flowing fountains;
with raindrops of life, falling down.

Love wasn’t meant to be a thought or feeling;
it’s an exquisite, creative, energy power;
its strength sends great mountains reeling;

Serving Two Masters

I’m living in two worlds; at the same time;
this physical place is a world of disasters;
while the upper kingdom; is thought, sublime;
they are ruled, by two different masters.

My physical self, is getting on in years;
