When I was young, I put models together;
a car; a ship; or a plane;
applying a glue, so they’d remain forever;
always looking the same.

Without glue; they were just separate pieces;
with no purpose or value to anyone;

What is it about a physical connection;
a mere touch is a physical link;
one can feel acceptance; or rejection;
knowing if souls are in sync.
