The Scourge Of Guilt

The Scourge Of Guilt

Nobody likes to be a target for brothers;
the subject of their ridicule;
wanting only to be loved by all others;
no one wants to be thought a fool.

Many are those invested in pride;
thinking they know everything;
some have guilt, hidden deep inside’
knowing

The Reckoning

The Reckoning

Life sometimes becomes a meanering stream;
with no purpose seemingly beckoning;
many people consider life, much like a dream;
until ultimately facing the reckoning.

Life is form of consciousness energy;
whose deeper purpose is hidden;
life becomes what it chooses to be;
some of its thoughts forbidden.

Toxic Memories

Toxic Memories

How is it, all memories still remain true;
once reality has passed them by?
Recalling the moment, they each imbue;
it seems they too should die.

When landmarks of my yesterday, past;
today; can no longer be found;
how can those memories, continue to last;

The Breath Of Death

The Breath Of Death

I begin this day with an emptiness;
a pain from the hole in my heart;
dreaming of love and a sweet caress;
and my destiny, torn apart.

Where, from here, does this road lead me;
other than left without love, and alone;
no longer to share

My Prayer

My Prayer

only with love can I avoid your wrath.

I’ve become filled with a lifetime of guilt;
a virtual hurricane; wreaking destruction;
deserving of hell;

A World Of Imagination

A World Of Imagination

What is it we see; when we’re out and about;
is it firm evidence of an external reality?
Most all of our certainty, swims in our doubt;
tho all opinions are mere triviality.

Everything that we see, feel and hear; is truth;
or, at least,

The Kingdom Of God

The Kingdom Of God

Do we live in two worlds, simultaneously;
or is this place a small part of the one?
Were we somehow created extemporaneously;
how did this reality become?

Many speak about the kingdom of God;
as though it were a separate place;
perhaps both, are like two

Normalcy

Normalcy

What is it, that we define as normal;
and what makes normal a test;
if it’s not etched in stone; it’s informal;
separated, from all of the rest.

What appears normal to one;
isn’t normal to another;
since this kingdom has begun;
a sister is abnormal
