Snowflakes Of Winter

Snowflakes are beautiful as everyone knows;
metaphors of good from the world of thought;
they cover with beauty, the landscape below;
as an example of what beauty brought.

Snow formed a canopy over the ugliness, below;
frozen tears, falling, to cover the ground;
earth’s evil and ugliness had been on show;
till snow spread its beauty all around.

Snowflakes are definitely nature, most gentle;
they never seem to pelt you like rain;
their overall beauty seems almost incidental;
tho snowballs, are snowflakes, with aim.

But snowflakes are fragile as everyone knows;
they simply melt when the heat comes;
they also begin drifting, when the wind blows;
to any and all adversity; they succomb.

Snow represents Winter in the Master’s heart;
as the tears are welling up in God’s eyes;
when God’s heart grows cold; the tears depart;
and Winter storms give God’s replies.

Summer is the season of growth on the earth;
evil’s weeds turn the garden into home;
in the heavenly garden, all of life gained birth;
with all souls sent to earth, to roam.

In the heavenly ream, Spring has now come;
it’s time for all life, to return from the earth;
snowflakes, from God’s tears, must succumb;
and all souls to achieve the new birth.
