Rising From The Ashes

My life is a flow; first up, then down;
success always had its allure;
now, I’m living the life of a clown;
for nothing in life is for sure.

Life is the flow of a river, forbidden;
a treacherous journey to belief;
truth is the secret to become forgiven;
all liars end up on a reef.

Every life must wear its own attire;
no two souls dress the same;
all must someday address hell’s fire;
return, to from where they came.

No one will pass, not singed by flame;
all lives must feel passion’s fire;
tho many will regard this life, a game;
love only grows, with desire.

Passion, itself, shall ebb; and then flow;
forever is not an easy path;
pain; the companion; for all who grow;
acceptance; challenged by wrath.

All who climb mountains, must stumble;
success is not a permanent home;
the rocks of resistance; shall soon crumble;
perfection is God, alone.

Hell is the unending fires that burn;
a metaphor for all life’s clashes;
only by failure, are we able to learn;
it’s not easy; rising from the ashes.
