Renaissance Of Evil
There’ve been past periods of renaissance;
where society peeled back the dark ages;
God’s love, established a new ambiance;
but, division is, now, occuring, in stages.
Renaissance is a sweeping change, or rebirth;
encompassing the landscape of reality;
a renaissance of evil has overlapped the earth;
imposing itself; as a new thought mentality.
Many are those who accept evil’s thinking;
its temptations are difficult to resist;
while others; busy, partying, and drinking,
are oblivious to the fact evil exists.
So many don’t see, evil’s fog wafting in;
it’s stench has yet, to fill the air;
not realizing evil is the serpent’s twin;
while others don’t really care.
A remnant of evil could always be found;
but, today, it keeps coming in waves;
the noblest among us, to the Master, bound;
for only the Master saves.
Man fears the waters of flood inundation;
possibly creating societal upheaval;
but, the real danger, isn’t precipitation;
it’s the flooding the earth with evil.
A renaissance is sweeping change, or rebirth;
past realities will be swept away;
evil will ultimately die with the earth;
when God’s renaissance brings a new day.
