A One Sided Conversation

A One Sided Conversation

Several years ago; I sensed a revelation;
I felt that God wanted me to write;
my gift, of poetry, was to be a conversation;
so I labored intensely, into the night.

Sometimes, my thoughts were a constant flow;
sharing God’s wisdom from above;
I quickly

Immersed In Love

Immersed In Love

Creativity extends far beyond imagination;
waves of thought spring from God, above;
the Master’s wisdom brings forth causation;
all life has become immersed in love.

Feelings and emotions distort all reality;
an eternal creation yearns for peace;
peace brings about a season of neutrality;

Why I'm Still Here

Why I’m Still Here

I do believe in perfection and purpose;
circumstance has nothing to fear;
surely a reason hides under life’s surface.

Many trees grow tall just to capture the breeze;
while birds hide their nest on

Living In The Coccoon

Living In The Coccoon

I feel very much like a caterpillar;
crawling around, through life;
it seems much of my life was filler;
punctuated by sorrow and strife;

Life seemed an eternal competition;
striving, to be up to the test;
much of it became mere repetition;
competing to become the

Today I Met A Stranger

Today I Met A Stranger

It was just like any other normal day;
the sun arose; and then set;
I met a woman who passed my way;
a chance meeting, I’d never forget.

Her eyes were like spider webs, cast;
capturing my frozen expression;
staring back, was like seeing
