extreme sleep apnea has forced this task;

Dear Lord,

Sometimes when we want to sell a house;
that’s run down and in need of repair;
we get together with an agent or a spouse;
to discuss all the damage that’s there.
Sitting together; we concoct a scheme;
to make the house look better;

The Outer Darkness
As I begin yet another new day;
I feel such emptiness, inside;
illusions of life keep fading away;

their life brought sorrow, pain, and duress.
Our mind has a mystical rear view mirror;
that often spends its time looking back;

one, upon which all others focused;
