Happy New Year
Another year has come to an end;
but, what does it actually mean?
we’ve seen the sun rise; then descend;
each day is another new dream.
Meanwhile the earth has circled the sun;
completing another new year;
returning to the place where all had begun;

cancelling darkness of night;
perfection required we move on;
eternity governed by Light.
Evil sought command and control;
the Master; to overwhelm;
seeking to capture each living soul;
with darkness at the helm.
Temptation became man’s guide;

Many think ghosts inhabit their houses;
appearing, from time to time;
others claim to see ghosts of their spouses;
apparitions; from the divine.
If such things were true; how could it be;
why aren’t they seen by everyone;
perhaps they’re visions from past memory;

their kiss is like a meteor shower;
they can only pretend to be discrete;

How are thoughts linked to a word;
what is their connection?
The linkage is that of a two-edged sword;
