Oh Woman, My Woman
Oh woman, my precious woman;
vision of love in the night;
how is it; I’ve come to love you so;
becoming my love and life.
You’re the beauty of God’s perfection;
your features, delicate and precise;
created to live under man’s protection;
God’s pearl of greatest price;
In heaven, man and woman were one;
created in the image of the Master;
the perfection of God, became undone;
the separation, causing disaster.
Man and woman became divided;
souls, no longer fused together;
through marriage they’d be reunited;
two souls become one; forever.
Man shared the serpent’s will to be king;
banished from heaven above;
still seeking the power over everything;
sought for a woman to love.
For the woman was gifted with beauty;
without her; all men were bland;
every man was annointed for duty;
their marriage; by God, planned.
Oh woman, thou vision of loveliness;
transcendant vision of light;
your passions dismiss my loneliness;
only you, can make all things right.
