Moving On

Why does it seem; we’ve a difficult time;
letting go of things of the past;
life isn’t just physical; it becomes sublime;
nothing physical can last.

Imagine yourself as waves of God’s love;
and the universe as consciousness;
flowing below; then returning above;
the ebb and flow of righteousness.

Each of us is merely a drop in that ocean;
in a kingdom sublimely magnificent;
we are the energies of love and devotion;
isolated; we become insignificant.

We were created as servants to the king;
believing we’re heirs to his throne;
our love is the greatest gift we can bring;
such love is empty; when alone.

God demonstrated love by his sacrifice;
when we were yet lost and alone;
death on the cross; the ultimate price;
paved our way to come home.

Death is a dimension; misunderstood;
it was never created as the end;
it’s the juxtaposition of evil into good;
in death; new life will ascend.

Life must be clothed in perfection;
those who die are not gone;
all will be changed by resurrection;
death is just life; moving on.
