Marriage Of The Souls

Marriage is the joining of two, into one;
male and female physically united;
returning to when reality had begun;
by conflict, they’d been divided.

Life was created as an image of God;
both male and female, begun;
two unique, separate, peas in a pod;
melded together as one.

Duality was conceived in the original soul;
male and female, within one entity;
together conceived, in a marriage role;
the perfect design of Divinity.

Rebellion resulted in the death of the pair;
two separate beings, became;
the eternal nature; within each, was there;
separate entities; yet, still, the same.

The Master planned, they’d always be one;
from the other; neither would part;
for their redemption, God sent His Son;
two souls would share the same heart.

Marriage was a union of an eternal nature;
where two hearts would beat as one;
its purpose dissolved into mere nomenclature;
and the marriage union was done.

The collective soul when life had begun;
was lonely; with yearnings, inside;
all the created, morphed itself into one;
and, Perfection created His bride.
