Logical Conclusions
We live in a world of Sheer fantasy;
pure logic; tossed in the sand;
everyone chooses what they’re to be;
created divisions, are planned.
Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac;
its tentacles reach far and wide;
lies are used in most every attack;
then; let all the fools decide.
Winning is more about money; than sense;
phony votes have become expensive;
endless power has been their recompense;
no longer thoughtful and pensive.
Whenever more vote; than are registered;
it’s suggested we all look the other way;
court decisions, now border on the absurd;
power and money; have their own sway.
Where can this ludicrous fantasy end;
what is its endgame; its role;
corruption makes darkness descend;
evil has purchased our soul.
Liars pretend to raise taxes on the rich;
the greatest fantasy of all
the ultimate authors of bait and switch;
but, honesty was never their call.
The rich get richer; the poor get poorer;
fueled by corruption’s infusion;
no matter how much; they always want more;
greed is evil’s logical conclusion.
