Life Rebooted

A modern computer is a metaphor of life;
referred to as an electronic brain;
computing answers at the speed of light;
they can reboot to start over again.

That computer is more than physical;
like life; it has an energy source;
to some of us; it seems almost mystical.
Just like life; it runs its course.

Sometimes the computer will suddenly die;
like a person whose heart stops beating ;
whenever it does; there’s no reason to cry;
rebooting is almost like reseeding

The computer springs to life; like before;
its memories remain in tact;
when rebooted; it has energy once more;
like a life suffering a heart attack.

The computer; like a body; is only matter;
it’s power that makes both alive;
in death; the body may seem to scatter;
but, life will reboot to survive.

Physical life is the illusion of light;
someday that light will go out;
the soul will evaporate out of sight;
and life rebooted with a shout.

A computer when old becomes recycled;
its the only thing we can do;
the power of God is completely unrivaled;
rebooted; all life becomes new.
