Imagery Of God

All life is, indeed, a delicate flower;
fragility should be its name;
its very existence, is hour to hour;
and its beauty, is more of the same.

Such delicate beauty, by God employed;
was all destined to love and bond;
by storms of life, were flowers destroyed;
but their beauty and energy lived on.

Though the flowers appeared helpless;
the Master was hovering nearby;
though their future appeared hopeless;
God wouldn’t allow them to die.

The flowers were made in God’s image;
their delicate beauty, a symbol of his;
each, His child; and a part of his lineage;
and they were created to live.

Eden’s garden was an image of thought;
it didn’t exist as a physical where;
the earth below, by Light, was wrought;
an illusion of physicality, there.

In time, the physical illusion would die;
but the energies inside weren’t gone;
the delicate flower, needed none, to cry;
he was planted in the garden to live on.

Death is a metaphor to understand;
a cocoon is the caterpillar’s grave;
a flower left his tomb, as planned;
and the man was the butterfly, saved.
