Idiosyncrasies

All were created as God’s reflection;
yet; no two are exactly alike;
I feel like I’m God’s imperfection;
like when I rode my first bike.

I find myself odd and very unique;
saying things to my detriment;
my idiosyncrasies; open to critique;
laughing; while others lament.

Many think I’ve an odd sense of humor;
a thought that makes me proud;
when I’m a victim to the latest rumor;
I respond by laughing out loud.

I’m very different; but so are you;
no two are exactly the same;
everyone born has a different view;
even ones with the same name.

Brothers and sisters are often unalike;
we always loved each brother;
but when two brothers get in a fight;
their fury is like no other.

All are created in God’s perfection;
created to be without sin;
when we become prodigals of rejection;
we invited sin to enter in.

Most brothers and sisters like to tease;
yet, they still have love within;
we each have our own idiosyncrasies;
God’s love keeps us from sin.
