Hurrumph

Some people’s arrogance knows no bounds;
having trouble confining their annoyance;
“hurrumph” is a word; with annoying sounds;
implying they know better; by clairvoyance.

Knowledge and wisdom are not related;
they are different intellectual tools;
the value of knowledge is often inflated;
knowledge, alone; brings us fools.

Knowledge is the badge that many wear;
sporting their special credential;
whatever you think; they don’t care;
ignoring your wisdom is essential.

Wisdom is the ability of logical deduction;
common sense prevents pride’s fall;
logic refutes the most learned instruction;
common sense, isn’t comman at all.

Arrogance always seeks to be first in line;
none dare defy whatever they suggest;
tho wisdom is supreme; they will decline;
the knowledgeable arrogant knows best;

Wisdom and logic go hand and hand;
the wise always seek to find truth;
the knowlegeable arrogant rule by demand;
those who “hurrumph” are aloof.

Beware of all prideful, educated fools;
who lack the wisdom to think;
those who demand you follow their rules;
don’t take the kool-aid they drink.
