Have A Good Cry
Men and women are emotionally diverse;
many struggle to explain why;
men hold it all in; which makes it worse;
most women, have a good cry.
Crying takes toxins away from the soul;
pouring tears on each face and eye; ;
such toxin removal, is a necessary role;
it takes a woman’s wisdom to cry;
Most men consider crying a weakness;
not daring to shed a single tear;
crying is the picture of woman’s uniqueness;
demonstrating, their lack of fear.
Women deal with their fear, through prayer;
men become passively stoic;
God reassures women; he’s still there;
while men think silence, heroic.
When stoic; men are stubborn as mules;
their deepest fears; they deny;
those unable to cry, are the true fools;
it takes a strong man to cry.
Crying soothes the heat from our guilt;
which, only fools, still deny;
in the intense heat; delicate roses wilt;
since roses never learned to cry.
God looks beyond our fall from grace;
and wipes the tears from each eye;
he sees our perfection; not our disgrace;
then whispers; “Have a good cry.”
