Happiness Is For Others
Most find someone; on whom they rely;
becoming married to their lovers;
I’ve become alone; and will be; till I die;
happiness is for others.
Life is full of dramatic twists and turns;
for its creator is a magician;
from life experiences; a wise man learns;
the magic of the human condition.
I spent my lifetime, in search of success;
lately, I’ve become more resigned;
living with failures; my life is a mess;
who finds; what can’t be defined.
Love isn’t merely starry eyed emotion;
it is life’s eternal destination;
we’re born to share love and devotion;
love is the glue of all creation.
Man and woman were created as one;
separation was the man’s choice;
a prodigal of heaven he had become;
turning a deaf ear to God’s voice.
All generations come from Adam and Eve;
perfected love; they would become;
in the essence of time; all come to believe;
we all are a family of one.
Soon will come my time for goodbye;
I’m ignored by potential lovers;
I’m now alone; and will be; till I die;
