Body And Soul
Today, we reside in a physical incarnation;
one which plays an essential role;
all troubles lead to wisdom’s foundation;
requiring a joining of body and soul.
The body was created as a temporal being;
it was never designed to last;
an illusion of thoughts; from a world unseen;
there is no present or past.
The soul is the infinite creation of life;
it wasn’t created to be all alone;
each soul has both a husband and wife;
through death; all must atone.
Death is but the shedding of all physicality;
such is it’s purpose; it’s role;
in death; the mind is returned to reality;
the only real truth is the soul.
Many see this life as the only true reality;
in it; they can see feel and hear;
in death’s illusion; we experience duality;
experiencing God, draw near.
Most believe that dreams are not true;
they don’t represent reality;
often, in dreams, wisdom sneaks through;
hinting that life is a duality.
The body is merely a creation of thought;
an illusion with a temporal role;
the soul; the creation, the Master wrought;
love is perfection of the soul.
