What is it that usually brings our success;
we’re told that it rarely comes easy;
all of us face much hardship and stress;
and many competitors are sleazy.
Most start out with little; in the beginning;
and a future; fraught with peril;
struggles continue, while
Only Now
There is neither a future, nor past;
longevity plays no role;
nothing is diminished or amassed;
time doesn’t create a soul.
We are the Master’s infinite image;
no future or past; have we;
we are both children and lineage;
we’re an image of reality.

Today, we reside in a physical incarnation;
one which plays an essential role;
all troubles lead to wisdom’s foundation;
requiring a joining of body and soul.
The body was created as a temporal being;

from Consciousness, all came to be;
eternity was created by love’s proliferation;

What is reality; from where did it evolve;
can it’s origin come from its history;
when did this planet first begin to revolve;
the entire creation is bathed in mystery.
Is reality some sort of physical creation;

How can I ever control tomorrow;
when I can’t even change today?
Tomorrow brings even more sorrow;
