Plant Love

I’m just a man with a garden,
and bags full of seeds nearby;
my misdeeds require a pardon;
bringing offerings to reply.

I’d fill my garden with edibles;
then I’d grow something to eat;
planting all kinds of vegetables;
including some that are sweet.

Nothing to fill

Energy's Self Construction

Why is it we look the way that we do;
who’s the artist who made us our face;
that one which tells that this is you;
that one which all mirrors embrace?

God created us each as an energy soul;
perfect replicas of His energy being;
but, we, ourselves

Evil

Can we differentiate right from wrong;
separate the good from the bad?
We do our best to just get along;
and separate happy from sad.

Emotions and feelings are storms;
meant to be endured;

a morning fog covering the ground;
before its enjoyment, we savor;

Giving

What is the difference between love and care?
They’re somewhat different inside;
many think they’ll find love anywhere;
care usually runs to hide.

Both care and love tend to be selfish;
we want to receive more than we give;
and yet, such thinking is foolish;
for it’s

Gifts

Each of us has a separate identity;
as such, we’re all given a gift;
things to which we’ve an affinity;
an ability, those around us to lift.

These gifts to us are really for others;
designed, for us, to others, share;
for the enjoyment of sisters and brothers;

Ghost

A ghost is a shadowy humanoid mist;
an energy being called the soul;
creating a body; the soul enlists;
making the physical be whole.

Once we see it; we hold our breath;
the ghost may be a lost husband or wife;
though it’s thought as a symbol of death;
