An Interference
An Interference
I began my life; as an interference;
a child; just getting in the way;
striving to live in strict adherence;
to customs and norms of the day.
I was a symbol of love; from mother to father;
to them; I was not an interference;
love wasn’t created to become a bother;
all loves replace indiference.
All began life; in a very similar fashion;
an intrusion, in the Master’s domain;
all were created from the Master’s passion;
with never a thought to complain.
All children of life, soon become a prodigal;
rebelling against a source of power;
wisdom at birth is, unfortuneately, illogical;
all seeds must first blossom; to flower.
The Gardener, hovers over His garden;
mindful of all of its needs;
loving and faithful to groom and pardon;
not surprised by the weeds.
My parents loved each and every child;
lifting each up whenever we’d cry;
from both the obedient; to ones gone wild;
upon their love; we could rely.
Flowers require a great deal of attention;
no matter, their stature or appearance;
whether in a garden; or another dimension;
no life is ever an interference.
