An Illusion Of Reality
Consciousness is the totality of life;
whether we’re awake or asleep;
many of life’s lessons cut like a knife;
from what’s sown; we’ll reap.
Consciousness was shared by the Master;
we’re thoughts upon his mind;
our thoughts of rebellion led to disaster;
and, now we’ve been left behind.
Life was revealed to be a duality;
a complex, flowing stream;
thoughts become an illusion of reality;
physicality is only a dream.
Living the life, we thought, we wanted;
consciousness; become an illusion;
prodigal hunters; became the hunted;
and death was the only solution.
Consciousness is the only true reality;
devoid of time or space;
light created a holographic plurality;
a temporary realm of grace.
We’re simply actors; upon life’s stage;
servants of the Lord of All;
waiting for life to turn the next page;
and, the final curtain to fall.
Spoken, as words; from the Master’s tongue;
our future; only God can foresee;
each of us destined to eventually become;
an illusion of reality.
