A Struggle For Love

Most establish our own life goals;
at least, so we think it to be.
We, alone, must determine our roles.
Who better to plan mine; than me?

Some believe it’s only our destiny;
we’re part of some master plan;
imbued with a quest; just for me;
in life’s book; before time began.

The mountain of success in life is steep;
many fall; but few ever win;
whatsoever you sow; you also will reap;
in death; we start over again.

God’s will is the foundation of purpose;
implanted within each soul;
the Master’s love shall rise to the surface;
defining man’s proper role.

Man was created, by the Master, to live;
but, all had so much to learn;
for the Master was filled with love to give;
only asking we love, in return.

Man has struggled to learn the real truth;
the secret to why we are living;
all around us there are symbols of proof;
the secret to love is forgiving.

Love is the pearl of inestimable price;
generously given by the Father above;
Wisdom gives us the best advice:
to be loved; one first must love!
