A Sense Of Entitlement
Every generation brings a nuance to reality;
in the past; most followed God’s dictums;
certain changes have suddenly come to be;
now; many consider themselves victims.
The young are entitled to what they desire;
and the old; now think so; as well;
the world is evolving into a single empire;
as the serpent of old, rules hell.
It’s been claimed: there’s power in numbers;
so let’s say the majority rules;
few understand what this notion encumbers;
majorities become devil’s tools.
Only the Master is worthy to be king;
he, alone, must decide.
In time; evil will control everything;
and all will have to abide.
Problems come; putting our faith in man;
when only the Master is worthy;
although we’re children of the I Am;
each of us is flawed and earthy.
Entitlement is merely the sin of pride;
and though we may find it odd;
it diminishes love for one who died;
thinking that we are god.
Entitlement is the very essence of sin;
in time; we’ll all come to know;
trusting in man; where all evils begin;
everyone reaps what they sow.
