A Place Called Hell

Many people think there’s a place called hell;
a separate realm of eternal punishment;
where evil people will permanently dwell;
in a form of eternal banishment.

But hell, itself, really occupies no space;
it’s an illusion conceived in the mind;
the redeemed shall rise to a higher place;
while all others are left behind.

Made in God’s image, we each have great power;
far more than most could conceive;
God’s love can make us all blossom and flower;
yet, in hell; we’ve come to believe.

Living on earth; the rebels kingdom of internment;
many lament about the evils of this place;
had we not been lacking in critical discernment;
we’d have realized hell’s within; not in space.

Many are those who don’t believe in God;
assigning to him; the evil, we own;
how God could allow this; to them, seems odd;
not realizing the earth is the serpent’s home.

Hell is a kingdom of thought; become earth;
created by evil light; reflected from above;
in heaven’s perfection, all things had their birth;
only in death; will we discover true love.

Earth is the hell that our minds have created;
there will never be a “heaven on earth”;
a world of Thought; where we’ve been fated;
in Eden, the garden of birth.
